Now this is a bit confusing.. Medusa appears to be the same one from Earth, or at lest Know about the Earth one. She turned Death Trap into Stone, which got rid of them and With Amy's help, Sonic was able to beat her by using Kalus (who had turned to Sand since he was already Stone) and binding her for Amy to knock her out.
