Tikal bought Sonic back in time just as the hunting party was hunting. She was the Daughter of Chief Pochacamac. The used to mine for the Sacred Emeralds where the Drakon Empire fused them with Chaos Energy in order to control them. It was Pochacamac that then sent Sonic back to the future as the Rest of the Echidna race started a war the would decide the fate of the whole race. Tikal stayed in her home time.
