The Justice Brigade are a group of Super Heroes in New Tek City, the Special Zone. Their tatics are more Anti-Hero as when they fight, they only care about defeating the enemy and not about anything in the way of this. The Discriminators are a group of Super Villians. The two teams often fight with each other and there leaders of Captian Tornado and Baron X. Though Captian Tornado appears to be the Leader of the Justice Brigade, he may be the leader of the Discriminators instead. It's a little hard to tell. Neither team are looked among well by the police, who often brake up their fights.
