Bio-
Lord Sidewinder was a very rich man that lived in New Tek City in the Special Zone. Though he was a known crimial, nothing could be proven and his money stopped any major attepmt to arrest him and his gang. When Super Sonic was sent to the Special Zone, it was Lord Sidewinder that found him and wanted to use him to take over the Special Zone. When that Failed, he tried to find Super Sonic which ending in him finding the Black Asteroid and beliving he could control Super Sonic with his mind. Much later, he tried to get Super Sonic back from Mobius to the Special zone by sending BioHazard to Mobius. This lead to Super Sonic getting his mind back and Lord Sidewinder and his gang arrested.
