Not to much is known on Bio-hazard. He appears to be a Robot but his creator is unknown. It seams unlikey it is Lord Siderwinder but it might be someone that was working for him. Bio-hazard is filled with Toxic Chemicals. He appears very much alive as he is able to think for himself, feel pain and even get knocked out, whcih either makes him a very advance robot or some form of animal in a suit, or even a mix of the two. Most comments seam to say he is a robot however.
