Windy Wallis was the most accurate weather forecaster on TV when the weather was all messed up. It turned out she was a Weapons engineer for Robotnik until Sonic ruined her career by defeating him and the best job she could get was Weather forecaster. With her Weather machine she tried to destroy Mobuis and be the best weather gerbil in the business. In the end the machine was damaged and she was sucked away in a Tornado. When she returned she had an Air ship and was again submitting people to different temperature changes and tried to destroy Mobuis. Tails stopped her with the help of Roger Bodge Since Tails was unable to fly at the time.
